FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Fort Wayne’s NBC) – No one was hurt after a fire broke out on the city’s north side Sunday morning.

Fort Wayne Firefighters got the alarm just after 6 a.m. in the 1300 block of St. Marys Avenue.
One person was inside at the time, but they were able to make it out without any injuries.

Crews were able to get everything under control in about 15 minutes.

Investigators think the fire started on the first floor of the home, but at this point, the cause of the flames remains under investigation.
