Owner of Hyde Brothers Booksellers dies

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Fort Wayne’s NBC) – The founder of a Fort Wayne staple bookstore has died.

Hyde Brothers Booksellers announced the news of Sam Hyde’s passing on their Facebook page Wednesday morning.

He passed away surrounded by his family.

The store says they will remain open because that’s what he would have wanted.

“Sam understood the comfort of being surrounded by books.”
