CUTENESS ALERT: Zoo announces birth of lynx cubs

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Fort Wayne’s NBC) – The Fort Wayne Children’s Zoo announced the birth of three Canadian lynx cubs born in May.

Frisco and her mate Loki had one girl cub, named Acadia, and two boy cubs named Nootka and Sekani.

The zoo says the cubs are doing well, but Sekani had an issue with his foot. He underwent physical therapy and was transferred to another AZA-accredited zoo to continue his treatment.

Frisco and the cubs will remain off exhibit for the meantime, but the Zoo says to keep your eye out for them later this season.
