PANAMA CITY, Fla. (Fort Wayne’s NBC) — Special messages sent from students in Fort Wayne to people recovering in the Florida panhandle following Hurricane Michael.

Meteorologist is in Panama City delivering handmade cards students at Eel River Elementary School wrote to help encourage people as they clean up the damage left by Michael.
