Annual Victim Assistance Candlelight Vigil held in Fort Wayne

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Fort Wayne’s NBC) — Staff members with the Fort Wayne Police Department’s Victim Assistance Program held the annual Candlelight Vigil to honor victims of crimes and their family members.

It’s also held as an opportunity to explain victims’ rights and to let victims and their families know about the help available to them.
