Focused on the Fork: Pepper and Spice

Has this winter weather been “Jamaican you crazy”? Well one Fort Wayne Caribbean restaurant might just have some food to solve your winter blues.

Pepper and Spice opened up shop in Waynedale less than a year ago looking to offer folks in the Fort an opportunity to taste some authentic Jamaican cuisine.

While plenty of people in Fort Wayne aren’t used to Caribbean cuisine, Pepper and Spice can introduce your taste buds to food that will leave you feeling like you’re on a beach. The menu showcases oxtail, jerk chicken and curried goat, among a plethora of other options, and fans of the restaurant say it’s all worth trying.

So if you’re in the mood for some Caribbean comfort, Pepper and Spice is the place to be and don’t forget to wash it down with an ice cold ginger beer.
