Focused on the Fork: Bravas Burgers

When it comes to American cuisine, hot dogs and burgers typically top the list for most people and at Bravas Burgers you’ll find delicious and unique twists of these two favorites on their menu.

Despite only opening their doors four years ago, the burger spot located right next to Wunderkammer off Fairfield avenue just south of downtown has quickly become a favorite in the Fort.

Owner and operator Bo Gonzalez says it’s been crazy to his business blossom from a small hot dog cart into one of the most popular restaurants in the Summit City.

In addition to their famous burgers and hot dogs, fans also love Bravas because of their answer to french fries known as Bravas Patatas. Gonzalez says the dish is inspired by his Spanish heritage.

Whether you say potato or patata, the food at Bravas, and especially their burgers, will likely leave you saying ‘holy cow’.

So, if you haven’t been to Bravas Burgers yet, hop in line and see what all the fuss is about.
