Focused on the Fork: Proximo

When they say they have Spanish cuisine, Proximo’s not just talking tacos.

The high end restaurant located in the Ash Building downtown Fort Wayne has a menu that will take your taste buds around the world.

James Kahn, who already owned two other restaurants in town, says he opened doors to Proximo earlier this year because he wanted to bring some extra flavor to the Fort.

The options at Proximo are almost endless and whether folks ordered breakfast, lunch or dinner, they all left with the some feeling of satisfaction.

If you want to check out Proximo’s menu and learn more about their hours visit their website here: Proximofw.com
