Located at 2912 Getz Rd, Umi Fort Wayne provided a bounty of Japanese cuisine...and then some. Chef Bob Miller cooks Fort Wayne's NBC anchor Jack Keenan and Meteorologist Nikki Pietrus a variety of items, including dynamite shrimp and a teriyaki filet.
