FORT WAYNE, Ind. (FORT WAYNE'S NBC) - Fort Wayne TinCaps pitcher Anderson Espinoza returned to his ballclub after a near five-year absence, due to two Tommy John surgeries, and pitched two scoreless innings against the West Michigan Whitecaps.

The TinCaps bullpen gave up runs for the first time this season, however, as the team, ultimately, falls, 6-3, to West Michigan.

Fort Wayne continues its six-game, home opening series with the Whitecaps Friday night at 7:05 p.m.
