Tokyo Olympics release a “playbook” for upcoming games

TOKYO (NBC News) - The Tokyo Olympics open in less than three months, and there are still more questions than answers about coronavirus restrictions.  

Officials today rolled out a new "playbook" to explain how the games will take place in the middle of a surging pandemic in Japan.  

There is also no official word yet on rules for spectators.
