FORT WAYNE, Ind. (FORT WAYNE'S NBC) - Few, if any, could have predicted the fury the Fort Wayne Komets started their season with, sizzling with a 10-1-2-1 record, but after being swept in South Carolina, the Komets are refocusing on the task ahead.
This week, a chance to recapture the grit the Komets first hit the ice with.
They return to the Memorial Coliseum to face their in-state rival in the Indy Fuel with a three-game weekend homestand.
Komets begin their series with the Fuel at the Coliseum Friday night at 8 p.m.
