FORT WAYNE, Ind. (FORT WAYNE'S NBC) - The road to a State Championship continues for team from Fort Wayne and the surrounding areas.

In a highly anticipated matchup in 4A pins No. 1 Homestead against No. 2 Carmel. The Spartans searched for their shots all afternoon, but the ball doesn't bounce their way.

Homestead loses to the Greyhounds 60-49, finishing the year 25-1.

Also in 4A, Carroll's state title run comes to an end. Jalen Jackson scores 18 points in the Chargers loss to Lafayette Jefferson, 52-46.

Leo defeats Mississinewa in dominating fashion to advance to the title game versus NorthWood. Blake Davison lead his team in the first contest with 21 points.

The Lions hold off a late-game run from Panthers to win a program's first Regional Championship. DJ Allen scores a team-high 15 points in the victory.

Blackhawk remains the favorite in 2A. The Braves sneak past Churubusco, but recieved help from Purdue commit Caleb Furst. He fills the stat sheet with 32 points and 19 rebound.

Fremont falls short to Kouts in the regional semifinal, 66-62. Also in 1A Southwood defeated Seton Catholic by 20 points to advance to the finals. The Knights win a Regional Championship, taking down Lafayette Central Catholic 54-53.
