Charges added for man arrested in triple shooting; family and friends demonstrate outside courthouse

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Fort Wayne's NBC) — Allen County prosecutors have formally charged the man arrested in connection with a shooting that killed two 19-year-olds and injured another.

32-year-old Joshua Bossard was arrested after police say he shot three men following an argument at the Shell gas station at Hobson Road and East State Boulevard.

19-year-old Anderson Retic and 19-year-old Joshua Cole Cooper were pronounced dead at the scene. The third man, 20-year-old Jaylin Rice is still hospitalized after surviving three surgeries and losing a kidney.

Tuesday, prosecutors formally charged Bossard with two counts of murder, attempted murder, aggravated battery, criminal recklessness committed with a deadly weapon and using a firearm during the crime.
