Sunshine has been hard to come by this Saturday as skies have remained mostly cloudy. After a beautiful Friday with highs well above average in the mid 60s, Saturday highs have remained steady in the mid-to-upper 40s. Conditions will remain cool and could through the evening as lows dip to near freezing overnight. An approaching system will bring rain showers and possibly a wintry mix of precipitation early Sunday. With temperatures right around freezing, no accumulation is expected but a few wet snowflakes could mix in with rain.
Showers will continue throughout Sunday with highs reaching the low 40s to even just the upper 30s. As temperatures fall Sunday night with rain continuing, another chance for a wintry mix begins late Sunday. A light dusting of accumulation could be possible on grassy surfaces. The new work week will bring sunshine through partly cloudy skies with highs in the 40s.
Have a great Saturday evening!
