The quick-hitting rumbles of thunder we've dealt with this afternoon and evening are quickly exiting the region. A few light, scattered rain showers will be left behind. Temperatures tonight will take a nosedive into the 30s. While it will be cold, winds should stick breezy enough to prevent widespread frost from forming.
Waking up tomorrow, temperatures will be in the lower 30s. Mostly sunny skies will warm us back up to the 50s which is seasonal for this time of year. A stubborn frontal system will stick around our area for the first half of the workweek and is forecast to bring us some long-lasting rain showers.
