Sunshine will return to the Summit City today following a grey and gloomy Monday. A wide sweeping cold front that brought showers to the area Monday after several days has now pushed far to the east. The cooler air will continue to fill in behind the front, but trailing high pressure will keep skies clear Tuesday. After starting the morning under mostly clear skies with brisk low temperatures in the mid 40s, highs will climb to the mid 60s under mostly sunny skies by late afternoon.
A few clouds will build in overnight, turning partly cloudy as lows fall again to the mid 40s. Wednesday will start mostly sunny with highs again climbing to the mid 60s, but a small disturbance will bring the chance for a bit of rain late in the evening. Temperatures will only get cooler as the week goes on with highs only reaching the upper 50s.
Have a great Tuesday!
