FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Fort Wayne's NBC) -- Fort Wayne City Council members delayed Tuesday night's final vote on a move to investigate the Fort Wayne Redevelopment Commission's recent and abrupt decision to withdraw public funding for the Electric Works project.

Also, Tuesday night, Fort Wayne's NBC News learned of the possibility of a co-developer working with RTM Ventures.

All of these developments and more came after a first meeting Tuesday among representatives from RTM and local business leaders including Tom Kelley and Chuck Surack and a second meeting Tuesday among the same business leaders and Fort Wayne Mayor Tom Henry.

Here's our story from our 11 p.m. newscast Tuesday.
