COLUMBIA CITY, Ind. (FORT WAYNE'S NBC) - The Columbia City Eagles are bullish for the fall of 2020, as they return seven starters on both sides of the ball to a brand new stadium and turf field.

Three-year starting signal-caller Greg Bolt leads a squad, hoping to go back above .500 ball after back-to-back seasons of 5-5 records.

"Our receiving corps is fantastic," Bolt said at practice.

"Just like T.J. said, our linemen have gotten a lot more experience, and they're going to be a lot better this year."

"I just feel like we'll be really strong."

The Eagles host Churubusco to open their season on August 21, 2020.
