FORT WAYNE, Ind. -- The first night of the Fort Wayne George Floyd protests were intense, with tear-gas and anger. But a week later, politicians and police joined protesters for a unity march across the Martin Luther King Junior Bridge.

But did the walk fulfill its intended purpose of unity?

Fort Wayne's NBC anchor Julian Teekaram catches up with Fort Wayne police officer Sgt. Sofia Rosales-Scatena who met with protesters to talk about what it's like right now to wear the badge.
