We finally will get a break from high temperatures in the 90s along with some much needed rain this Friday. A very warm and humid morning with temperatures in the mid 70s will see a few light showers ahead of a cold front. After the front sweeps through by mid morning, more developing showers on the backside of the low will bring widespread rain and a few thunderstorms around lunch time. Rain and more cloud cover will keep highs in the mid 80s. Rain won't last all day with conditions drying out by early evening.
A nice Saturday will follow with highs in the mid-to-upper 80s and mostly sunny skies. Sunday will be a bit cooler with highs in the low-to-mid 80s with a chance for a few pop-up showers.
Have a great Friday and a wonderful weekend!
