WHITLEY COUNTY, Ind. (Fort Wayne’s NBC) - A Whitley County woman posted a Facebook video from the George Floyd vigil held in Columbia City Wednesday.

The crowd was recognizing eight minutes and 46 seconds of silence in Floyd's memory.

In the video you can hear car engines revving. Several cars and trucks drive by, some waving the Confederate flag.

"Thank you to everyone here who just stood quietly and held your ground even when others around us were not," an event organizer said. "If what just happend made you angry, made you sad, made you feel something... use that as motivation to continue and as a reminder of just how much farther we have to go."
