A Fort Wayne man found guilty on all counts for 2018 triple shooting

Fort Wayne's NBC previously reported that police said 21-year-old Travon Rynell Fincher fatally shot Ricky Joe Pelmear, 40, and injured two others in the 800 block of Madison Street on Aug. 30, 2018.

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Fort Wayne's NBC) - A man who has been charged in connection to a triple shooting in 2018 was found guilty on all counts.

Travon Fincher, 22, is guilty on two counts of aggravated battery and a firearm charge in connection to a shooting happened inside a home in the 800 block of Madison St. on August 30, 2018.

One person died in the shooting and two others were injured, one critically and the other seriously injured.

Court Documents show Travon Fincher was hanging out with the victims before the shooting. One of the victims told police Fincher went to the restroom and came out shooting.

Sentencing is set for February 20.
