WAYNEDALE, Ind. (Fort Wayne's NBC) – The FBI is now offering a reward for information leading to the arrest of a wanted bank robbery suspect.

Fort Wayne's NBC previously reported police responded to an armed robbery at the Chase Bank on 2601 Lower Huntington Road the morning of Christmas Eve.

Officers were told a man wearing a black pea coat and a white and grey Under Armour baseball hat was pretending to use the ATM in the entrance of the bank.

Police say the suspect then forced an employee into the bank at gunpoint and made them open the vault. He forced the employees to lie face down on the floor, told them to count to 100 and not look up or he would shoot them.

He then stuffed money into a red duffel bag and left through the back door.

When police arrived at the scene, the suspect had already left. Officers believe he left in a black van, possibly a Dodge Caravan.

The suspect is described as a white man with a brown or reddish-colored beard and mustache.

If you have information on the suspect, police ask that you please call the FBI Indianapolis' Fort Wayne Resident Agency at (260) 426-5331, or the Fort Wayne Police Department at (260) 427-1262.
