Northerly flow overnight lead to some developing clouds and light flurries in parts of the area. A very light dusting of snow is possible as you step out the door this morning, but no impacts are expected. Cloud cover has also kept temperatures from falling too far, only into the low 20s. With hardly any wind, condtions are not as bitterly cold as they were Monday morning.
Those overnight clouds will hang around a bit throughout the afternoon, leading to partly cloudy skies, a few peeks of sunshine, and highs rising into the low 30s. By this evening, skies will clear and lows will fall into the teens leading to a very cold start to Wednesday.
As the week continues, a gradual warm-up into the 40s and dry conditions are expected. Looking ahead to Friday heading into the weekend, another winter system is set to arrive with possible impacts ranging from rain showers to snow flurries that we will continue to track throughout the week.
Have a wonderful Tuesday!
