Thursday Night Football on Fort Wayne’s NBC

FORT WAYNE, Ind (FORT WAYNE’S NBC) – The 100th season of the NFL is underway.

The Packers and the Bears kick it off with Thursday Night Football at Soldier Field.

It was a slow start to the game, showing the defenses would play a major role in the win.

The Packers hold the Bears to a field goal, sacking Mitch Trubisky fives time, taking control of the game.

Aaron Rodgers squeeze out a touchdown in the second quarter, connecting with his tight end, Jimmy Graham.

That’s all it would take for Green Bay to solidify the first win of the year, 10-3.
