FORT WAYNE, Ind. (FORT WAYNE’S NBC) — The TinCaps play the Lansing Lugnuts on Labor Day, losing 3-1.
While the team was disqualified from the playoffs before, this game ends the season.
Although Fort Wayne comes up short, Jawuan Harris believes through the adversity, the players grew as professionals.
“I definitely think as a whole, it was a good season for our TinCaps. A lot of us have grown through the season, went through ups and downs, being able to overcome those, go on some hitting streaks, do some good stuff on the mound. It was a good season, a good learning opportunity for everyone,” he said.
