Heat and humidity grip region

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Fort Wayne’s NBC) – Temperatures continued to build into the upper 80’s today, and humid conditions began to enter the picture as well. That heat and humidity could cause a few widely scattered thunderstorms this evening. Otherwise, hot and mostly dry conditions will continue.

Tonight thunderstorms possible early. Low 67.

Tomorrow partly cloudy. An isolated thunderstorm is possible. High 89.

Temperatures will continue to hover around the upper 80’s to near 90° the rest of the week and into the weekend. Chances for isolated storms remain through the rest of the week, but most should stay dry. The weekend continues to look hot and mostly dry as well. We haven’t seen temperatures at or above 90° since September 20, 2018, but it’s very possible we’ll reach that mark within the next week!

The 4° GUARANTEE continues to climb! Click here to enter.
