Allen County Election Board notes at least two issues at the polls

ALLEN COUNTY, Ind. (Fort Wayne’s NBC) – Allen County Election Board members say there have been at least two reports of issues at the polls Tuesday morning.

A representative from the Fort Wayne Election Board said the issues happened after the people tried signing in at a polling computer with a non-working printer.

Poll workers told the people to try signing in at another station but they were denied, with the computer saying they already signed in.

The election board said if people experience an issue, to ask the poll worker to call the election board hotline to talk to a commissioner.

If you have an issue at the polls, the Indiana Election Division is ready to help. You can contact them at 317-232-3939 or by contacting your county elections office.

If there was an issue with your polling location’s accessibility or you are concerned of possible fraud, call 866-461-8683.

The people affected by the issue have filed provisionary ballots.
