‘Journey’ guitarist suing Memorial Coliseum over wife’s alleged assault

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Fort Wayne’s NBC) — A member of the band ‘Journey’ is suing the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum after he alleges his wife was assaulted by a security guard.

According to the lawsuit filed by guitarist Neal Schon, his wife Michaele Schon approached the stage to take photos when the band was performing in March of 2017.

Schon claims his wife was then forcibly removed by a security guard, causing what documents say was pain and suffering.

Lawyers filing suit are also targeting “live nation” and are asking for a jury trial with full compensation for injuries.
