FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Fort Wayne’s NBC) – Applications are being accepted from vendors hoping to take part in the 2019 downtown Fort Wayne Farmers Market.
The once-weekly marketplace will be held each Saturday — starting May 18 and continuing through the end of September.
Hours are from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m., weather permitting.
The farmers market is geared to local and regional vendors selling produce, baked goods, crafts and more.
It set up around the intersection of Wayne and Barr streets, with about 3,500 people attending on a typical day.
This year, YLNI says it will once again offer free yoba classes, children’s activities and a variety of entertainment options.
YLNI is accepting applications from those interested in a booth and an organizational meeting has been scheduled for March 4 at the History Center in the 300 block of East Berry Street.
